So many men, so many recipes of stuffed peppers, which can be a hearty and wholesome meal. I am especially a big fan of this one, because the prep time is no longer than 30 minutes, while the result is delicious. Most ingredients can be modified to fit your dietary needs, stuffing leftovers eaten on their own and peppers frozen for emergency dinners when there is nothing else in the fridge.
