Avocado Salad Print Serves: 1 Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat Rating: 5.0/5 ( 1 voted ) Ingredients 1 medium avocado 2 red leaf lettuce leaves 1 tomato 4-6 cucumber slices 1 boiled egg 2 fresh mozzarella slices 2-3 tsp. sunflower seeds olive oil to taste balsamic vinaigrette to taste salt to taste Instructions Finely chop 2 red leaf lettuce leaves, 1 tomato, 4-6 cucumber slices, 1 boiled egg, 1 avocado, 2 fresh mozzarella slices. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Add olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette and salt to taste. Sprinkle with 2-3 tsp. sunflower seeds and mix well.
